Recently we have introduced our new Web Scanning Experience Management (WSEM) module that is an integral part of the CIRCULARO platform and provides key scan-archive-find-view-integrate and analyse functionality for streamlining the web scanning operations and improving the overall experience for end-users.

However WSEM can also be deployed and white-labelled independently as a fully featured Web Scanning, Archiving and Viewing solution.  We are working closely with Fujitsu to deliver easy to use and easy to integrate web scanning experience for everyone.

We are providing flexibility on scanning configurations and default settings on application, document type or web scanning session level. Thus meeting the needs of various scanning scenarios and user expectations.

Archive: securely to any system

We have designed encrypted and secured scanning, supporting different types of output formats including the most common PDF and TIFF. The archiving process is fully transparent as we are fully exposing our REST API layer to any 3rd party archiving system

The very foundation of our web scanning solution approach is the built-in full text search engine that provides the unprecedented flexibility and ability to search and find every piece of information be it standard metadata, custom indexed data or even fully converted textual content of the scan image if the OCR add-on is used.

The ability to easily preview the real scan images and related metadata and indexing fields on any device is the key requirement in today’s web and mobile driven world. We are supporting intelligent thumbnail like preview and full rendering of scan images in pure HTML5 based fashion.

We have worked hard to redefine the meaning of integration when the web scanning workflow is concerned. Our goal was to go beyond standard REST API that would be easy to use for any developer. We have created very simple to use, yet powerful URL based integration proxy. So all the scans and related metadata can be read and updated only using the simple commands and set of parameters that are exposed through standard URL interface.
